In 1987, Canadian identical twins Chip Foster and Pepper Foster founded their own apparel company known as Chip and Pepper Wetwear in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The brand propagated with their advertising slogan “Young and Free.” Unfortunately, a demise occurred in the early 1990s, but later on, the brand was resurrected in 2003. Launched in Los Angeles, California, USA, Chip and Pepper became a cult favorite among celebrities and hipsters alike.
The men’s denim collection has 5 categorical fits: Straight Cut, Bootcut, Relaxed Fit, Skinny and Trouser. On the other hand, women’s denim line has 8: Flare, Straight Leg, Trouser leg, Bootcut, Skinny, Capris, Shorts and Skirts.
