Americanino Jeans: Italy

Redefine youth. Americanino means “small America”. This Italian jeanswear was born in 1975 and founded by Gege Schiena. The name and style were influenced by Gege’s fondness of American culture and comfortable lifestyles.

In the brand’s hometown, Meta Apparel SpA manages the distribution and marketing of Americanino. Jeans and garment collections project a contrasting style of fierceness and cool laid-back atmosphere. The designer jeans Americanino’s theme is a “rebel with a cause” and “me and you against the world” with dark textured materials. On the other hand, the alternate is more friendly home bound relaxation with lighter neutral colors.

The June 2008 collections have several looks. For mens, Americanino jeans has one with a dark zipped sweatshirt, worn in distressed rugged jeans and black boots. Another is the white cardigan style v-neck knit sweater, dark raw designer denim in straight leg jeans and utility boots. Moreover, one look has a striped cardigan knit, raw skinny denim and utility boots. Semi puffy black pilot jacket, striped hooded sweatshirt and distressed jeans in dark denim with parallel whiskers. Whiskering styles on the front pockets, front and side thighs and lower legs are noticeable with another look.

Designer denim jeans Americanino’s style for women has the v neck striped tank top, skinny raw denim pants and boots ensemble. Also playing with stripes, is a long sleeved knit with low wide collar and dark indigo slim fit jeans. A deep purple biker style sweatshirt is worn with all black denim jeans. Ultra skinny jeans with a slight relaxed hip cut in dark indigo is worn with grey blue chunky cardigan style sweater in large brown buttons.
