Americanino Jeans: Colombia

// Share/Save/Bookmark //

Redefine youth. Americanino means “small America”. This Italian designer jeanswear was born in 1975 and founded by Gege Schiena. The name and style were influenced by Gege’s fondness of American culture and comfortable lifestyles. In 1989, Comodín S.A. has been licensed in Colombia to expand to global markets such as the Andean region, Latin Americas and North America.

Designer denim Americanino – Colombia’s current campaign called “Play Again” is rooted in the essence of the 80s era. It is that nostalgic memory and feeling where happiness is pure and living life to the fullest is dominant without the stress of work and routine. It is where technology is in its infancy and abuse of it is non existent but more of a cultural icon. It’s a place where life is simpler and appreciative.
